Where can I find the rules of qualification to Blizzcon?

As in the title. I searched around the official HGC site and Liquipedia, to no avail. Does anyone have any info on this?

On http://us.heroesofthestorm.com/esports/en/schedule?week=39®ion=NA I read for the playoffs:

The third- through sixth-place teams from the regular season compete in a stepladder format—in each round, lower-seeded teams battle each other for the chance to play a higher-seeded team. The playoff winner joins the first- and second-place teams from the regular season at the HGC Finals.

    (emphasis mine)

So that implies that the HGC finals will consist of three teams of each of the major regions: the first and second placed teams, and the winners of the play-offs.

I don't know if anything is known about qualification for the minor regions.

    This is correct.

TW, SEA, LATAM, & ANZ all have their own tailored programs to send teams to BlizzCon.

16 teams at the HGC Finals this year.

So that will be 3 teams of each of the four major regions through HGC ranking + playoffs, and 1 team each from the minor regions?

    Yep.
