Congratulations to the HGC Global Champions!

MVP Black takes a 3-1 victory over Fnatic in a best-of-5 series.

This caps off an incredible first year for HGC, with the changes to the game coming in 2018 looming on the horizon.

This year still has some content in store, with another round of The Crucible and a period of roster freedom, during which teams and organizations are free to make changes to their lineups without penalty.

Seeing the oldest members (Sake, KyoCha, Rich) cry really shows just how much this means to them. They've wanted this for so long and now they deservedly achieved it. GG MVP!

Two years ago the players were frustrated that they couldn't find strong competition to the point that they didn't even seem like they wanted to be at events. Seeing them step out on stage today smiling and waving to the crowd then being so emotional when they won was absolutely awesome.

This event clearly meant the world to them and I'll take this MVP any day.

Why isn't more footage of their celebration post game shown? We need Oracles series to cover them please. Share the joy with the world.

Think we have at least one more episode coming and I know we filmed a lot after the show. We'll see what makes it in the final cut!
