- when you lose and do well you will lose less points.
What about when you win but do badly compared to other players? Ie maybe you got carried by the other 4 on your team. Would that net you less points?

Yes, if you perform poorly, you'll get a negative performance adjustment, meaning you would win less or lose more points. We just usually focus on the cases that will feel good when we talk about the feature.
