Auriel's trait was stealth nerfed - back to 40% from the recent buff up to 50% of damage dealt

Is this intentional? It wasn't documented in the updated patch notes and I haven't seen anyone complaining about her needing nerfs

I wanted to chime in here to clarify what's actually happened.

We discovered a bug recently where Auriel's Bestow Hope ally was only generating 35% energy instead of 50% that Auriel generated for herself. We've always wanted to keep these two values the same for clarity reasons, so we decided to meet somewhere in the middle with the most recent patch when we fixed the bug. The result is that Auriel's self-Hope generation has gone down from 50% to 40%, but her allied Hope generation has gone up from 35% to 40%.

It's still early in this patch's life cycle, but it appears that the result is mostly neutral for Auriel's power level, which was the plan.

Sorry that this wasn't documented clearly in the patch notes!

Understood, thanks for the clarification and direct approach!

But what about Auriel's Q dealing more damage to non-heroes (by a slight amount)?

I haven't been able to observe this in the live client. Her Sacred Sweep damage was 59/178 at level 1 before the patch, and 59/178 after the patch.

The damage value is the same, but when used vs minions it deals a bit more than 59/178. Very easy to check in try mode
