PTR: Diablos „Cruelty“ talent bugged or wrong tooltip!
I want ro report either a bug or a tooltip mistake.
Diablos new lvl 13 talent [[Cruelty]] reads:
„Stunning an enemy with Shadow Charge or Overpower increases Diablo‘s Attack Speed by 50% for 5 seconds, up to 100%.“
But you only get the bonus from stunning enemy heroes, not all enemys. So either it is really bugged or the tooltip is wrong :)
