Seeing this at the end of every game screen is going to be terrible

That's sad. I don't mind ability to retroactively apply Boost and check if it worth it. This is actually great. But seeing what is supposed to be pop-up prompt only all the time might be irritating. Not only because it shows missed value and, let's be honest, looks like an ad you expect to see only in bad f2p games, but simply because of clean and plain UI reasons.

On the other hand, a lot of players might not see the prompt at all if it would be visible on hover only. It'd be cool if we have an ability to close it with a small 'X' at its corner, so it wouldn't pop up at the end of the next games. If not forever, at least, once per session, day, week or patch.

I really hope Heroes team isn't forced to do this by Activision/Blizzard and they will somehow change prompt's behavior before it makes it to live servers. It might be worth pinging u/Blizz_AKlontzas for visibility. Dev team is well known for listening to their players' feedback and making healthy changes to the game. I just hope, they have enough freedom in this case.

That being said, I'm pretty much all the time stimpack owner and still dislike this decision. Not going to stop buying boosts until I stop playing the game though :P
