Artanis beam speed needs buff?

I know that a few months ago they implemented the movement speed changes but im not sure that they increased specific skill changes. Artanis Purifier Beam is one good example. I havent followed all patch notes but the beam seems SO slow now. It can barely hit characters for over one second, even slow ones

Is that an announcement that many other abilities will get adjusted speeds soon? Toads and so on?

No, one of the goals of the speed adjustment was to also make the majority of abilities require more skill to land.

So targeted abilities like the beam are excluded and will be checked?

No, it's really just that the Purifier Beam was already a little weak, so we don't need to make it weaker.

I'll take a look and see if we can update the speed if it wasn't with the Movement Speed changes in the next balance patch.
