Patrick, one of our tech artists did that as a global change by scaling the head bone via a script specifically for that patch. It caused lots of bugs but was a lot of fun. It would be a monumental task if we had to do it to every single hero and skin individually. We wouldn't be working on anything else. We've talked about bringing it back for an event at some point but there was mixed feelings about it at the time. Some people liked it, some people didn't. Such is life.
