Can you get a permban for trolling / griefing from Blizzard?

Simple question - can you actually get a permban from Blizzard for trolling / griefing, being generally toxic?

I played today a quick match and I got matched with a guy named something like 'If you feed I'm AFK'. He just sent an arrow to his nickname and literally after first accidental death of our Tracer, he just stopped to play, swearing and offending everyone, saying he is gonna watch our as*es losing this match, calling everyone fat d****.

We were trying hard to win, but the guy was just moving from base to towers, hitting ocassionally minions and walking in the base for another 3-5 minutes, insulting everyone.

Now I'm wondering - can you get really a perm ban from Blizzard for bad behaviour and unfair behaviour?

I came back to play after a year break and looking at the amount of leavers, toxic players I feel like Blizzard abandoned this game and it's community...

I am deeply hoping this message will be seen by Blizz, so they actually do something about that, so thanks for upvoting...

We’re also aware that some players are concerned that they may be penalized after being falsely reported for abusive chat or abusive voice. This is not the case. Here’s how we handle false reports in these instances:

    • Abusive chat or spam reports are ignored if they are issued against a player who hasn’t participated in in-game chat or public chat channels.
    • Abusive voice reports are ignored if they are issued against a player who hasn’t participated in voice chat.
    • Abusive chat and abusive voice reports issued by players on an enemy team are also ignored.

In 2018 blizzard put out this response. Is this still the entire process for removing false reports?

    This still applies.

I can say we take action on accounts for griefing. The thing you won't here from us is how many it takes and what it takes because there are people who try to circumvent those rules.

You'll see a lot of posts around here like Blizzard's automated systems only worry about Abusive chats via reports or Blizzard doesn't care because they don't notify me enough. We do care. We care a lot. There are notifications we send out thanking people for their reports and that action has been taken but this is an area we can improve on.

We play the game often. A lot of us nightly. When we see bad behavior we use the same reporting tools that you use because our confidence in the system is high.

    Please continue reporting these people.

Please be good to each other.
