I got a Rehgar Hero Chest and it had absolutely no Rehgar items in it. It did however have...

...a Rexxar skin! Others have reported this bug in the past as well.

Sometimes when you get a Rehgar Hero Chest, you get a Rexxar item instead.

edit~ To be clear, there were no Rehgar items in it including voice lines. I rerolled it and eventually got a voice line in each reroll. The first no Rehgar chest also contained no shards.

Does it include the hero him/her self? Is he considered a hero-specific item? Thanks :)

It does not. While there are exceptions due to the free rotation, in most cases, a player who gets a hero to level 10 owns that hero so it didn't make sense to include the hero itself in the chest.

    :azmohappy:

Some people claim announcers are included in Hero Chests, some claim that only Skins, Voice Lines and Emojis are counted as hero specific in regards to Hero Chests.

May we please get some official word on this, and also consider please adding announcers to the hero specific drop tables for Hero Chests!

The hero-specific item is anything specifically related to the hero. That includes the hero's emojis set, the hero's voice lines, the hero's announcer, and the hero's skins.

Edit: It doesn't currently include portraits or sprays of the hero, but it will in the future.
