I don't think the quality of games has gone down, because honestly it was already very bad before.
HOWEVER, now that the queue time is down, perhaps we can afford to have some more rules to make matches more even?
We're going to be doing exactly that. Matchmaking is always a balance between speed and quality. Now that we've got the matchmaking times significantly lower, we're going to revisit the rules and see what we can do there without significantly increasing times again.
