Undocumented Zarya Change; Buff or Bug?
There was also a major buff that wasn't documented in these patch notes - on live, Zarya gets 1 energy every 9 points of damage(at level 0), and on the current 2.0 beta, it's 1 energy every 6 points of damage. This means you get basically full energy from one shield. It's absolutely insane.
Edit: After re-reading Patch notes I did read this
Together We Are Strong (E) Damage needed per point of Energy gained reduced from 9 to 6
So somehow this buff to the talent somehow got caked into her kit baseline so it's most likely a bug I'm assuming ? specially since it's just suppose to be for her E, but it's affecting her W aswell Even though this talent originally is suppsoe to affect damage your allies do

Thanks for catching this, it is indeed a bug. It was not intended to increase the rate at which Zarya gains Energy, and we will fix that before it goes live.
