okay, so which patches are applied to hgc when?

So I've heard that they would implement the Valeera patch for next weekend. But there's been a balance patch since then, and many bug fixes. Will the more recent balance patches and bug fixes be included, or will it be buggy and less balanced?

I get the whole not playing on the live patch without time to practice, but I feel like they shouldn't necessarily go patch by patch including small balance updates and bug fixes, they should just skip to 'live' so to speak, or at least one major patch forward. If that's the way it is, great. Maybe you disagree? Thoughts?
