Suggestion: Make all champions available for ARURF
If any of you didn't know, ARURF is out for testing on PBE, and will be live on RGM in Patch 7.16. https://boards.pbe.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/champions-gameplay-feedback/rQXZb06w-all-random-urf-is-now-enabled-for-testing
My suggestion is, basically, what title says. Make all champions available for everyone in ARURF. Why?
Because there are a lot of players who don't have as much champions, and they will be limited to it + free champion rotation. Then, it might get boring very very soon.
Its much more exciting to Queue Up expecting to get one of the 137 champions, than hoping to get one from Free Champion Rotation, because you are bored of playing ones you own(implementing you have like 5 or 10 champions).
Other option that could be considered is classic URF, with 10 bans, so everybody gets to ban the champ that frustrates them the most, and then choose the champion they want to play.

So dont flame me now, but I honestly think this implementation of ARURF is the way to go. (But I do like URF>ARURF)
Hear me out, lets say I just queued up for an aram game, with all champs available. I get ezreal or sona or some other op due to my 1/137 % chance, and I'm gunning for my W, lets go. But now in chat I see a "first time leona" "why dont you rr" "already rrd eve", the game can become a lot more toxic, because someone is playing a champ they don't know or have never played before.
When I'm in aram, I basically only save my rrs for a champ in the free rotation I've never played before and no one else wants, or a really shit champ I own. A change like this just brings down the overall fun everyone has playing aram.
I know some of you guys care most about bringing down the aram only accounts, but given how mmr/elo works, they're gonna get really high and then theyre going to get into matches with 50-50 winrates, and if you're playing against them, you're actually a god at aram and you should teach me how to be so baller. Just remember that match making will always try to put you at a 50% win rate.
IIRC, the free champ rotation during arurf week are all urf op, and champs that are super fun to play, and given champion concentrations, you're more likely to see a couple of those ops EVERY game. This should increase the likeliness that you get someone who is fun to play in urf (assuming win == fun ofc) AND reduce dodge rates because if i really wanted to play yas or riv or my main, im more likely to hit when im picking from 1/20 than 1/137.
but yea, if my faves weren't permabanned in normal urf, i'd def like that over arurf. seeing as it is, i'd prefer arurf
