Bug or Feature? Vlad + Kegs

There’s a weird interaction between Vladimir and powder kegs; for some reason the damage from Vlad’s ability is done all at once but considered separate instances for kegs. For example, I attacked my enemy with two kegs (+2 damage) and had four people plus Vlad attacking. I expected vlad’s ability to get +2 from the kegs so it’d drain 3 from each ally and deal 3 for each to the enemy. What actually happened is he drained 3 from the first guy and then 1 from the rest and only dealt 6. I don’t know if this is a bug or a feature, but either way I find it misleading since in other cases of multiple damage from a single spell/ability like Make it Rain, the damage is applied to all three shots.

    If this is the case I would suggest changing Vlad’s wording. Currently it’s ‘for each attacking ally, deal 1 damage to the ally and 1 damage to the enemy nexus’. That makes it sound like the keg would up it to 2 and 2 for each ally. If it was something like ‘deal 1 damage to each attacking ally and deal damage equal to the amount of attacking allies to the enemy nexus’ then it’d be more clear it’s only one instance of damage to the enemy nexus and thus only effected by kegs once

    I agree with you that this would be more clear but there are pretty strict rules on number of characters we can fit on a card, due to localization issues/readability. We have members of our team dedicated to looking at cards that are unclear to players & trying to solve for how to better template them - it's an area we know we can improve on and our working on improving! I unfortunately can't speak directly to this specific instance b/c I am an engineer: all I can speak to is the intent of the card.

    Yes this is a bug, however I must warn you the intended behavior is a bit of a bad combo :P. If you attacked w/ 2 other units other than vlad, each of those units would be dealt 2 damage and the enemy nexus would be dealt 3 (and notably, not 4).
