I was playing last night and almost finished with Targon’s track. I had two quests left, 1500exp for using 25 spell mana and 1000exp for playing 3 champs from Ionia or Noxus. I was 650 away from finishing the Targon track and didn’t want to waste all the exp from doing both those other quests so I looked for what track had the best reward coming up next and chose Demacia as I was only 50exp of the way into the next reward on it.
So I switch to Demacia, finish both quests, but it took my two games because opponent surrendered on first one. I got 400exp on the win (2nd win of the day) and then next game I used my last 2 spell mana then surrendered for 100exp. I was at 3050exp on Demacia when i switched back to Targon.
This morning I finished Targon and went to switch back to Demacia and all that exp from last night is gone and I’m back to 50. I searched and couldn’t find any history of this bug so trying to figure out what could have happened here.
Was doing my morning read through of Reddit and saw this. A bug like this is pretty gnarly, by any chance have you reached out to Player Support and provided them data? In order for our teams to begin to understand how something like this can happen, PS can often provide us details on your account that allows us to better hunt down any bugs that may exist.
I have not yet. Do I need to do this through the PC client? I'm not at home and I was playing on mobile when this happened.

From there they'll make some decisions on both A) how to best help you and B) depending on what they find help the engineering teams with a bug/identification.
It might take a few days and to be clear I'm not promising magical resolution but I do work with the engineers and if there's a bug like this in the game we'd love to find a way to reproduce and squash this. No one likes losing progression.
