Can't enter the shop, it's been two days.

Is anyone having the same problem? Whenever i click on the store the i get a screen that says ''Waiting for the server...'' and never opens. What should i do at this point? I contacted the support 2 times, i see other people can enter the store with no problem. Is there a solition to this crap?

    I don’t have one I’m confident in yet, unfortunately, but “soon” (I know). It’s a top-priority issue, and we’re very close to being able to release the fix. We have the solution in-hand, but have run into some unrelated delays. We believe we have those resolved, but don’t have confirmation yet. It’s been a busy day.

    This should be fixed now. Store should be back available for all players.

    Nothing you can do, unfortunately. This is affecting a small percentage of players, but it’s going to be consistent for those players. We’re aware and working actively on getting a fix out.
