Mastery Pass 3 bears ?

Hey, so I didn't know you could get into the game during the maintenance, and I got in and received all the preorder rewards including the level 1 mastery pass rewards (the three bears), but I only got 1. Is that intended ? Not explained very well.

So I choose the brown one as my pet and can change to white/grey ingame ? And these 3 get new styles with advancing the pass ?

Exactly. As you unlock the higher tiers in the pass you will be able to switch among them in profile. You switch between brown/white/grey in-game.
