Mega feels bad w/ Strixhaven mystical archives on arena
It's the biggest feels bad that I can think of that mystical archives on arena take the rare/mythic slot in a pack, especially when some of the rares are already existing commons/uncommons on arena. I thought there was supposed to be some amount of duplicate protection in place making it impossible to open cards you already owned until you had the entire set?
Like, having an uncommon take my rare slot is bad enough when I'm blowing gold/gems on packs, but to get a card that is 100% unplayable as my rare in a pack is terrible. Even more so that it's not even a standard unplayable rare. About 20% of the rare slots in my 50 packs for preorder were mystical archive cards, which in paper are a bonus card that takes the land slot. On arena? Nah, they take your rare, so for anyone that doesn't play historic, you're going to have to buy a LOT more packs in order to get all of Strixhaven.
Edit 1: It does appear to be just a graphical bug when looking at collection. That's good, but it's still a big ass shock to open 50 packs and based on what shows up for rare/mythics get 20% unplayable standard cards.
Not overly surprised that arena would display this way into what will inevitably have more than just myself being like 'wtf'. Twitter seems to be under the same sentiment that this is kinda unreasonable in terms of how to display what you open.

^ This. "Open 10" will only show 10 rares, though you might open more that that with Strixhaven packs. You still get a normal Strixhaven rare/mythic in every pack, as well as the Mystic Archive slot (that might also be a rare/mythic).
