Lost connection to server after drafting. I did a premier draft and after I took the last card to start sideboarding I got a lost connection to server error, now if I launch the game it's stuck waiting for server. I know that it's trying to take me back to the draft screen cuz of the untapped helper

    We're actively looking into this. We understand what caused it, and are currently investigating solutions. Unfortunately I don't have any more info than that. We understand that this is very frustrating, and I apologize for the bug. We're working hard to resolve it.

    Why isn't this listed in the known issues category in the error forums?

    It wasn't known when we shipped, and we fixed the issue that could cause it around 11:30 last night. We're working to get the players stuck in this state freed up and reimbursed.

    Update: We believe that we have gotten all players in this state "unstuck". As part of this we needed to kick their accounts from the draft, so we are returning both the entry fee and the cards that they drafted. There are a small number of players where we need more investigation to be able to reimburse them properly; this investigation is ongoing.

    Again, we apologize for this bug, and for how long it took to address. Many of us have been working almost continuously since launch to address it, because we know how frustrating this is.

    The game is loading for me now too. Thanks for looking into it and letting us know. If I used a token for the draft, then how can I tell if I was reimbursed, would it have been with gems? The game didn't keep my draft entry but I'm able to start a new one.

    All reimbursements were in gems, whatever the entry currency. This type of award just happens silently, unfortunately, so it’s easy to not notice.

    Thanks so much for your hard work! This may be only on my end, but my PC client is perfectly fine, but my mobile client is still coming up with endless asset errors. I'm going to try a couple things like uninstalling and hopefully that works. I'm also fairly certain I didn't get my entry fee back but I could be mistaken. I don't have any screenshots or anything. I believe I got the cards that I drafted in my collection

    Glad you’re fixed! If you got the cards, you should have the entry back; they were done in the same action. Unfortunately there’s nothing that notifies you, your gem balance is just 1500 higher.
