Quick question

Hi Mythgardians, ive noticed that with the new patch, you can craft prestige mythics with mythril, my question is: do i have to own the normal version of the mythic to be able to craft the prestige for 1200 mythrils? Or im able to craft it directly? Thanks in advance guys!! :)
