Hit sounds changed?

I couldn't find it on the patch notes, but when shooting bots in the practice range, I noticed that Tracer's hit sounds have changed, at least when killing bots.

Instead of the steady stream of 'plink' sounds, the process seems to be broken up into four chunks with a more bassy, louder sound every 50HP.

To be honest, I think it sounds worse, though I can definitely see the advantage in "hearing" more accurately how much damage you've done.

Has anyone else encountered this? Is it intentional? Does it happen for other heroes? I tried beaming the bots down with Zarya and didn't notice this, so maybe it's an unintentional side effect of another change?

    Hey there, we did make changes to the hit sounds in this patch. We agree with your feedback, we don't think it's as good as it could be. We're working on adjustments to it and hope we'll have those changes out with the upcoming bug fix patch.
