OVERWATCH Broken Beta Kings Row Map in Gamefiles?

I recently found something VERY strange in the PTR Files of Overwatch. (1.6.1.0.33396)

Information of the Map:

Name: AUTOMATION ARENA //idk why that name

ID: 000001C2 //first entry if the index

State: DEFEND

State: ATTACK //this means that this map can be attacked and defended, so it's not an king of the hill map

Its very bugged, so it's an broken beta map?

Strange things about the map:

*) The name, kings row obviously not called "AUTOMATION ARENA" (theres another map entry with the real map)

*) This map is still in the game files

*) Its an beta map, and its broken (everywhere objects and textures)

So, why the fuck Blizzard did leave that map in the game files, and why is it so bugged out? They did not forget it, this map is almost 200mb big.

My thoughts:

*) Maybe the devs use it to test some things

*) Do they want to test a map editor on this?

*) Is it too encrypted so that there are these hitbox / texture bugs?

These are the Keys, which are in the game, BUT THE MAPS HAVE NOT BEEN IN THE GAME YET.
