Xbox loot box screw up

So I have a problem I encountered with Microsoft and the loot boxes. I want to bring this problem of mine to public attention, and maybe get some advice on what to do. It's a bit of a read i'm sorry.

On my birthday recently, my brother gave me a Gamestop gift-card, so I used the gift card to buy xbox currency from Gamestop. I wanted to buy loot boxes because, why not. I was going to get the 50 loot boxes which comes out to $43.03.They can only round to the nearest dollar at Gamestop though, so instead of putting 44 dollars on the currency, I did 43, and I would pay the extra 3 cents from my card. I did this on the 4th of June. When I bought the loot boxes using my xbox currency and the 3 cents from bank account, I received my 50 loot box set no problem as usual. Well, a few days later on the 7th I was checking my bank account and saw that Microsoft had charged me for $0.03, and a separate charge of $43.03 that same day. So I was double charged for the loot box set, yet only received one set.

So I contacted xbox C/S later that day about it. In the end I got a refund on the second charge, the one I did not intend for, nor did I receive any in game content for. However, I remember how awhile back people were trying to cheat the system and would buy a bunch of loot boxes, claim their credit card was stolen, and get a refund. The solution to this trickery was, to deduct the Currency gained from the loot boxes. Which would be fine, if I had received anything. So I preemptively contacted Blizzard C/S to make sure this didn't happen. They told me that they have absolutely no control over anything to do with Console Overwatch. They can't even see in their system if you even own it or not. When they told me this it actually did remind me that the Blizzard team, and Jeff Kaplan himself have said this publicly before. I just forgot about it. I never checked to see if this happened or not.

Low and behold it did, yesterday (the 9th) I saw that my Overwatch account was -840 dollars. Technically it was negative more than that, but I opened a loot box before even looking at my currency, so I Don't know exactly how much I actually was negative. So I contact C/S again to tell them about it. In the end, I got another refund, for the Xbox Currency, and 3 cents. This isn't what I wanted but I guess the guy figured I would be able to re-buy the loot boxes that were taken from me. So now it's almost as if I had never bought any loot boxes at all. Except that my account is -840 currency and I have the items from those loot boxes.

However, they took a second sets worth of loot boxes away. Because when I had earned another loot box (hooray for double xp) I saw that instead of being -840, I was now -3,750. So I contacted C/S a third time, and ended up with being told there's nothing they could do. They even told me that their system isn't even the one that would have done the in game reduction of items. They told me that I would need to talk to Blizzard because only the publisher and/or developer can do that. So Xbox tells me Blizzard, Blizzard tells me Xbox.

So Here I am, I'm trying to remain calm and keep a good friendly testimony. But this is horribly frustrating, especially because I do like Overwatch.

~Update~ I contacted Blizzard C/S a second time because that's what Xbox C/S told me to do. Even though I knew that I would get the same answer, I didn't want to lie and say I did, when I really didn't. Of course I did get the same answer. So I contacted Xbox a fourth time. This conversation went on for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The first hour and three minutes I was trying to explain to the women helping me, what my problem was. She just couldn't get it, she kept trying to explain to me how refunds work (as if I didn't know). She thought I was upset at having to return the items I received from my purchase, I don't know how many times I told her I never received any items, so every time I got a refund they took the previous set.

In the end (once we got past the point of us being on the same page finally), she couldn't do anything and said she would take this to her supervisor's to review, and that they would be contacting Blizzard themselves. She also wanted to give me another refund for the most recent currency to get taken (This would be from the loot boxes I bought back in May), yes I know I bought two different loot boxes for the same event. I just wanted to show my support for Overwatch (and maybe a little bit of motivation is getting that sweet loot). I told her to "please" not give me another refund, because then it's just going to take more stuff and get more complicated.

I would also like to thank you all for the up votes and comments, it's really nice to see a lot of you people in the community supporting me through this. I will update further when I can, and i've had a few people either ask me on here, or some other places I posted, If they could share this. Absolutely, I don't mind at all.

~Update~ So two different Blizzard employees have contacted me on here individually, however they said that it's going to take at least a minimum of a couple days to even check up the problem, But at least there are people helping me, it seems Blizzard cares at least. I haven't heard a dang thing from Microsoft.
