Has Blizzard said anything on bots?

You know, like facing AI opponents?

I'm very, very new to FPS games. I used to play some Team Fortress 2 but it just was not for me. I was very poor at it and it felt super repetitive.

When I was new to League of Legends, I had never played a MOBA before. I was playing bots until level 20 (yes, 20) until I began to really understand some of the game, such as last hitting, escape routes, positioning, etc. It took a while for me to get the guts to go out into a real game because I'm very self-conscious when starting a multiplayer online game.

When I started playing Dirty Bomb (was playing with friends at the time) I was immediately put off by how much better everyone was to me and that led me to quit.

I'm a bit fearful of how Overwatch will turn out for me if there's no way to practice without being berated by teammates. That's what I enjoy about AI opponents, because if you fuck up, who cares, it's AI. It also provides a nice relaxation time for me in League when I'm getting first win or feel like goofing off or helping newbies.

TL;DR: Will there be AI opponents to face/practice with in Overwatch?
