Ret Pally rotation advice?

Just re-spec'd, glyph'd, et al as per the Ret Pally PvE Guide on Noxxic. I ran a couple instances tonight after getting all set up, but I'm having a little trouble working out a decent cast order for the suggested rotation. I know learning a new rotation takes some time (I haven't messed with it much since I hit 85), but I'm getting pretty mixed results in terms of DPS (sometimes it's around 8k, sometmes 11k). Is anyone familiar with this rotation/have any tips or suggestions? Any advice would be much appreciated!

EDIT: You guys have been AWESOME! Today I worked on getting better gear and downloaded Power Auras and CLCRet to help with my rotation. I ran a few instances to get my valor/JP, and was finally able to queue for the new instances for the first time. I've run 3 so far, and on the third finished the final boss fight (Murozond) as top DPS! I've NEVER been top DPS for any instance in WoW before, and I haven't even had a chance to gem up all the new gear yet. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I'm going to keep working on it, and keep trying to get better, but you guys have seriously made my day/night with all the help!

For me, the easiest way to stay on top of the rotation was to think of it as "Crusader strike, something else, something else" and repeat. Sometimes there won't be anything to use for one of the something else's, and you'll have a gap -- that's normal. So you might have something like: CS -> Judge -> HW -> CS -> Exo -> wait -> CS -> TV - > Judge -> CS... etc etc

I also set up a power aura with a timer to keep track of Inquisition. At that point it's just a matter of watching for procs and keeping track of how much Holy Power you have.

The best thing you can do once you have a basic understanding of the rotation is to just go wail at a training dummy for 10 minutes or so. I do this with all my alts as well when I'm trying out a new spec or something. Just sit there going through the motions until it feels completely natural and you stop having "oops, forgot inquisition" or "oops, missed a CS" moments. If you have a DPS meter, just keep at it and try to see how high a number you can get :)
