I agree with this comment so much. Honestly HS is expensive, I'm upset and angry at how the cost to play has continued to increase in the game I love. I don't need to buy, so long ago, I limited myself to just a pre-order. Still dropping $130 (more for me here in Aus after 'exchange' rate) on a game we know nothing about really makes me feel sad for the state of the game. The motive is $$ that's it, confirmed, they may as well have said "don't you guys have credit cards?" The comparison to "Raid" and other games of that ilk make me sadder that a once great PC gaming company (actually maybe never true considering lawsuits) , is taking this shallow path to profit. Re the game mode, I'll give it a go, but having recently bought and played Slay the Spire and loved it, and being wary of getting sucked into a new uber expensive mode I've resolved to not spend a $. If this come across as negative, it's just a reflection of how I feel about the changes in the game.
Let's hope they listen to their employees. Glad he acknowledged the tone deaf original release. It was so reactive and sounded like a "frat boy" had written it as a personal defence.
Honestly, the response from Act/Blizz was so reactive, it was like the 'frat boy' wrote it as a personal defence. "State bureaucrats are to blame" How tone-deaf and unsupportive of the victims. I'm glad many content creators have spoken up in support of victims of such disgusting behaviour. Cultural change at Act/Blizz needs to go all the way to the top. I agree with Flux regarding Team 5's decision to pull the reveals, from what I read and view of the team they are inclusive and considered.
I like her, I agree with Iksar, she is a fun card when you play her, more fun than playing tickatus since you get to use opponents cards.
And at least if she is used on you, you get to use the preists cards for a turn, so feels more fair than tickatus imo.
The nerf to 3 mana still hurts her today imo, she'd be played way more at 2 mana. She might rotate back in as being more useful this exp or the next too.
Great design, good to see somethign different like this for Hunter. As stated b4 me, this could fill the board, but really you'd want to try get some value out of it and get a few 5/5s in hand. Hopefully something comes up to help counter agro hunter, and hunter can get a viable midrange build.
Thanks to Regis' "Return to Duels series" , I've gotten into Duels recently and have enjoyed the change from standard and Arena. Sometimes you win is such crazy ways, and sometimes lose in crazy ways. Consider the nature of the mode, it's to be expected.
I really think more investment in the mode is need, and a massive change to how the economy works. I.E the two tiers of "paywalling" first via entry, then via cards required. Let's hope they learn from this experience and don't screw up Mercenaries for greed.
I don't think so, the difference last time was the inclusion of Diablo in the Hero Pool... But we can always hope! lol
Hmm still nothing on the changes to pack openings... which they hinted at in the last big patch.

Ok so take two. Sorry for first image, I took photo via phone.
I decided to go a Death rattle Paladin, with a few DR Legendries. 12 wins was a bonus.
Crystal Gem helped so much with getting out those 2/3 drops earlier. Murlock Holmes x2 with legendary disks was always a great resource generator!
Wickleflame doubled also a good start with hero power!
I included Stalagg and Fuegen for the laughs, pulled off the combo a couple of times but nothing amazing.
Arcane reflections, very OP in this deck.
I found the early tempo from the few secrets helped too, I felt lucky with a lot of early draws on sword of the fallen.

Agree, killing control and removing the need to consider your resources, board, opponents board has just really made the game feel bland.
