What is this obvious reason? Some 'reasons' don't paint you in a very good light , so you might either want to consider your view or state more clearly your reason. 

Thanks for this, this is spot on, I don't understand the bitterness some players have regarding this being made available to those who couldn't get it when the original Twitch Prime thing happened. Blizzard is righting a wrong here imo.
