Just did it with [card]Test Subject[/card] shenanigans. Got [card]Baron Rivendare[/card] up to nearly 900 Health, then applied [card]Bless[/card]. Finally completed the achievement.

Hopefully they fix it soon though because in its current state it's way more trouble than it's …
