What do y'all think abt no zulj'in in here? i feel like replicating the nine lives would be super strong if the game goes late enough for it, but I suppose thats why its not included.
Granted I don't put much stock in this competitively bc this was in casual and the guy was just trying to finish a play mage cards quest or something. Regardless it was fun to get the hoppers this high!
i think that it cant hurt to buy packs whenever, but I wouldnt recommend dusting anything until a few weeks out. it doesnt really matter when you buy packs bc these cards are gonna be in rotation for two years, and if they end up sucking then theyre dustable later. Just dont dust too much now in case there are some sleeper cards (all imo)
Its true that it might be a bit too big for spell hunter, but spell hunter isn't gonna be minionless anymore imo. With Rhok'delar and To My Side! rotating theres no incentive to not have minions. I can see Secretkeeper, Masked Contender, Bloodscalp Strategist, and Subject 9 (or any combo of those) making an appearance in spell hunter.
Yall sleepin on this, I can see stall decks playing this big time. You can Baleful Banker this back in bc its only 8 mana, potentially twice for 30 extra cards. With rogue you can do Lab Recruiter, although then you run the risk of replacing it with its own effect. Theoretically big applications for mill rogue in wild? We'll see.
I can see this on turn three plus Cheaty Anklebiter and something else on turn four, maybe Dreamway Guardians? Could end up with a pretty fat hand of spells
I lowkey think this is trash but with plot twist you can basically keep the heal going, once you draw this you just plot twist it out and get heals next time you draw. as it stands i dont think its very good, but if warlock gets more draw activation cards like this then plot twist could be a menace

Barista Lynchen for me fits with Shudderwock and Pogo-Hopper. Exotic Mountseller is probably a staple in spell hunter , could see play in small spell mage? two very interesting cards
