Too slow but there aren't that many AoE right now, so 10 stats for 7 with random effects is not that bad, maybe in a midrange deck in can work.

Generally most 4 cost cards are the ones I play the most, so even though I love this card it'll be a pain to play it for me.

I don't think this is worth the space, would like to see a wild deck with inspiration effects with this.
