The best thing about this is that you can sacrifice the 2/2 and not lose your big minion.

I can see this in revive prist decks, you can drop it earlier than an 8 mana and can give you an 8 mana. Then you can pop it if needed with global AoE.

I think this is best with the Dragons that discover dragons.
