Just google "2 am ptd to <insert your time zone here>". For example, "2am pdt to cest" will tell you that as a European, you should open your tab at 11:00.
I was thinking the same. I don't complain much about prices having spent way more money on YuGiOh! back in the days than I am spending on HS right now. But still, that sounds expensive...
For me personally, that bundle isn't very interesting. I started in Beta and opened my fair share of packs for each expansion. The amount of cards I am missing from the expansions that are included here is between 20 and 30 each, most of them being Epics and Legendaries.
Nevertheless, I think it is great to have bundles like this available from time to time. Not every promo has to cater to every player's need in my opinion. As long as there are people out there who will benefit from this, I'm okay with it.

My favorite moment: updating my homebrew Hakkar-Quest-Priest and getting an absurdly successful run from 20 to 10 with it in Wild.
Looking for something Wild?
Look no further:
Have to try that in EU, haven't heard about it before
My all time favourite. Only time I'm not using this is with themed decks that have a matching card back, e.g. Hakkar-Priest with Hakkar-Back
Free Quest: Supreme Archaeology
Golden Preorder: Corrupt the Waters
One good, one bad, in my opinion.

It did on May 20th, when I purchased the single player content through coins.
