Yea every game i dig hard for the lifesteal weapon, I just never get it. Its a pretty shit design
Turn 6 she'll pop the draw everything and evisc me for 1 mana on top of it. bruh its brutal
Nothing like taking 2 eviscerates from Garona for 16 damage
I do love some of the returning cards (Pillager and Swashburglar top spots) but a shame we didn't see Shadowstep and Prep move on. Those two alone would've opened up some design space for standard.
Maybe one day we'll finally get individual game packages for these sorts of events.
Would rather just see a hard nerf on all treasures since they dictate the game so hard vs what you've been collecting / trying to build towards from the start. For instance, rogue with the turtle generation and Band Of Bees is a battlecry poisonous shot every turn. It going from rare to ultra rare will still awful when you …
maybe a little save the princess moira from the black iron dwarves castle? the big bad dragon protecting the tallest tower? that'd be fun as hell
It's not a matter of if I play two of these, it's a matter of how cute the Teddy is that ravages my opponent.
My questions: Does it go off the original spell cost or current if it is reduced for Corrupt to trigger. Also if corrupted cards are drawn via a spell are those triggered upon pulling them from the deck or can only be triggered after being in hand first?
Now we are constructing our initial 15 cards from our own collection of cards yea? Oof for those that went standard only and tossed all the wild cards we had at this point.
Something with Scarlet Crusade / Strat, war of the ancients, or the initial invasion of azeroth by the horde.
Took a glance at it and prob will take the chance to snag that bundle up. I always did enjoy the lore and it will kill time at work.
For those that didn't want to click the link, $1 to unlock that first tier, $10 for the second and $18 for the rest of it.
It was a nice setup for a quick recap of the first handful of WoW expansions to those that have not seen it, as far as gameplay tho most of the opponent hero powers were either too easy to work around or ended up killing themselves through massive card draw.
Really looking forward to these even with already knowing the lore. Can't remember what the timeline is between one to the next but hopefully it's not the gaps between each expansions because that will take forever to get through all of them.
1 - Either horrible balance, doesn't work within the rules of competition, or little to no effort was put on displaying the card.
2 - Very plain design, unless the design space really is that restricted by the rules.
3 - Middle of the road, not much else to say.
4 - Has a lot of stuff …
Battlegrounds has been a refreshing addition, has constant updates (Including today). Don't really need the battlepass unless you want additional heroes to choose from at the start but meh. Right now there's only your rating and no rewards based on it so.
Tavern brawl is as it always was, mostly a 1 and done fiesta but hey free pack.
…It was stated at the end of competition 1.20 that you guys were looking at starting season 2 around the mid expansion time, are there any updates on a more specific date for it?
Scalelord replacing Megasaur seems like a good fix. It's that swing into a double buff on divine and poisonous in 1 transition turn that makes it too strong.
Most likely with the hint and undead types mentioned it would point at Strat since Arthas did burn it down. I hope that's where we end up at some point.
Glad to hear they are going to try and tone down murlocs, the best times I've had in BG's lately is when the murloc tribe is banned. It's fine until they hit that lucky transition into a board of poisonous divine shields. Also hope they redesign the cannon or outright remove it.
