darius is the only noxus champion right now, they need two for every region and the other regions are already full(lux,garen,fortune,illaoi,jhin,bard,jynx,vi,yasuo,lee sin and darius)

noxus would be my guess because of path of champions, two runeterrans one bilge champ and one noxus champ would make a perfect playable champs config.

there is cross plataform saves so no need for you to jump so many hoops XD

you can install it in your phone log in atleast once, format the pc then install it in your pc again. hope that helps!
