i play hs since blackrock mountain and i've seen so many zoo decks on so many sites through the years, but i never knew where did the name came from. can someone explain why these decks are "zoo" and not for example "swarm"?

They do deck recepies when the numers of sold pacs from new expansion goes down. To make some more money on players who are like: wow, i love this deck, gonna buy some packs, yay!
Bad Luck Albatross (which is super popular at the moment) will kill spell only mage. I wish the mages card text was sth like if at the start of the game there were no minions in your deck
