    First impression: "meh....overstated"

Second thought: "holy guacamoly!" the synergy in a midrange overload deck combined with quest+cumulo maximus

Thats totally questhunter support. maybe the warrior quest will become viable in a midrange pirate deck.

I played that card a lot and got here like 4-5 times through here battlecry. Maybe it was just bad luck.

I totally understand the nerfs except for alexstrasza. Never thought of here being oppressive or something like that. Well... I guess it was a good choice to keep here in golden (3200k dust incoming)

    1. A new team mode (2v2,3v3)

    2. A total rework of the economy system

    3. Basic/Classic sets need a complete rework.

    4. A real casual mode

    5. A rework of the heropowers

    6. An easier way to create your own tournaments.

I am having a lot of fun and success with a Tempo Galakrond Warrior list at legend right now. Have been stuck at rank 5 till the patch, but since than I just stomp all over the meta. Except high value decks or face hunter with insane draw. Currently my stats are 33:15. The MIP of the deck is Deathwing, Mad Aspect. That card is so versatile. A boardclear, tempo play, big threat, all in one.

As long as they don't rework some mechanics, real balance isn't possible.

Having access to a double invoker is just straight down unfair.

The galakrond hero power is way too strong, the battle cry is insane and has extrem synergy with one of the strongest late game cards a class ever got (shwock).

That faceless nerf isn't hard enough. Making it a 3/3 with rush and the same copy text as saronite with the same cost like now (basically a 6/6 with rush on a split body) would still be decent, but not oppressive.

Man... I'm so disappointed... Hopefully rogue doesn't dominate with those pesky otk deathrattle decks. It's just the opposite of being interactive.

    Hopefully this is true.

Could mark the starting point for some big mechanic changes. Cust reduction and the way following cards interact have been non consistent since the beta (another example here is the holy wrath/shirvallah interaction)

Wild is just... Wild?! So frigging wild that only the wildest wild decks (the top3/4) can survive on higher ranks. Maybe you are not wild enough anymore?

When you get older, it sometimes feels good to be "boring" or standard. After some hard matches against our beloved sniplock, bigpriest or secret ages it's incredibly refreshing to play 1 or 2 games against Galakrond Shaman. So... F*******... Refreshing...

Seriously, drop some ranks and play just fundecks. That's what I do right now (freeze Mage in standard, or Thief rogue)

It's more than fleshshaper or the double invoke card. The whole class has some strong synergies. The whole overload package and the new +1/1 (1 overload) as connector to the galakrond heropower/invokes.

In comparison to warlock shaman is on steroids.

Warrior for example has a fitting Galakrond as well. And rogue players will surely refine their decks. It has always been like this with combo decks

The problem with demons is the missing support. Maybe in a few months. But not right now.

I really don't see any fit for Galakrond in warlock except for Veiled Worshipper and, when fully invoked the weapon. As already mentioned, i can not understand how shaman gets 2/1 Elementals with rush and warlock just some lousy 1/1 wisps with demontag.....

Currently I am sitting around rank 3 to 5. Have played almost every Galakrond version I could think of.

    My conclusions are:

    1. Galakrond Tempo Rogue feels powerful with all the card draw+coin generators and lackeys.

    2. Shaman is, like others already stated busted. Nithogg and the Faceless idiot are just insane in terms of tempo. To Galakrond before activating the quest is mandatory for a successful late game.

    3. Warlock feels like the loser right now. Ofc it's too early to give up, but neither handlock nor zoolock feels strong enough in comparison to shaman (whick deck does that though?!)

    4. Tempo Galakrond Warrior feels extremely solid. Deathwing removes a lot of big stuff and if you manage to keep him alive your opponent has a big threat to deal with. With Control Warrior i don't think the galakrond package is necessary. In fact it feels more like a hindrance.

    5. With Priest I just can't shake the feeling that the potential is huge. The whole discount system through Fate Weaver gives me razakus chills. Especially with a versatile card like Kronx Dragonhoof.

6.I think the non Galakrond classes got some nice additions as well, except for paladin. The weak core set is here the biggest problem but DoD doesn't give enough support. I know Shirvallah might be strong again, but aside from that?

    7. Hunter is the class I struggle the most with in terms of new cards. Can't find a real fit for them. Maybe someone will magically discover a new archetype?! Otherwise highlander hunter will be the stronghold again. Maybe a secret deck makes the cut.

    8. Mage decks feels greedy af right now. Chenvaala hasn't been working for me. Sometimes you get a full board, but your opponent just cleares it with kronx for example. With Flamewaker in wild again Tempo oriented decks have no real midrange. But Apx will find something. That's something i am sure of!

    9. Druid... What can I say... The treant deck feels solid. Not exciting, but yeah... solid... Dragon Druid on the other hand feels Great! I have taken the shell of nomi druid and what can I say?! What it better than a board of 7 big dragons granted through Ysera, Unleashed? Exactly! Nearly endless boards like that, thanks to Elise and flobbi. Ysera is a big finisher. With the possibility of taunts its even stronger when compared to Nomi in my opinion. On top of that here body is a bigger threat than Nomi himself.

Man i'm having so much fun right now!!

The first week of a new expansion is really the best!

I hope you all enjoy it as well!

I'll try to get every card since i'm a collector and i should have enough gold/dust+the big predorder.

The following legendaries will see some playtime on my account.

Ysera, Unleashed (i just like Ysera)

Veranus (hopefully that card helps a little bit to establish a control hunter)

Malygos, Aspect of Magic (a cool card and nice addition to highlander dragon mage)

Nozdormu the Timeless (Midrange/BIG Paladin YEAY!)

    Dragonrider Talritha (Midrange/BIG Paladin YEAY!)

Murozond the Infinite (i love the art, concept of the mechanic and the background story)

Waxadred (i'm eager to play a controlish style of rogue based on deathrattles)

Nithogg (in my opinion that card is really powerful combined with Corrupt the Waters)

Deathwing, Mad Aspect (one my favourite Characters in WoW and a strong midrange tool for a tempo based warrior. on top of that tempo warrior is my beloved deck)

Ancharrr (pirate warrior should be able to stage a comeback thanks to this beauty. I just hope that the archtype doesn't overpower every other deck)

Dragonqueen Alexstrasza (Highlander support and i like Alex lorewise, just like Ysera)

Kronx Dragonhoof (like many others i think this card is the MVP of the expansion. Reminds me a lot of Kazakus. Very versatile)

Frizz Kindleroost ( i highly doubt the powerlevel of the card, but in a highlander oriented dragon decks it will be a good addition)
