Divine Spirit+Inner Fire need to be redone. That Combo is one of the most uninteractive card combinations the game has. It all comes down to the question "can I clear the board or not?"
The stealing cards of priest are total garbage and they don't fit the theme. Stealing should be a rogue thing in my opinion.
Northshire Cleric needs the same treatment as Mana Wyrm.
Circle of healings cost could be changed to 1 mana, but right now it doesn't feel oppressive.
One of the biggest problems priest has with his core set is a valid board clear. I think Mass Hysteria could be moved to the core set with Holy Nova being nothing but a mere laughing stock.
As a priest player I have already thought about the class identity and as a former WoW PvP freak I would say a good theme could be centered around Penance, or cards that mess with your opponents deck. Kind of a combo killer class. In arena priests burned mana, silenced enemies, blocked healing. So anti lifesteal effects could be invented. Another part could be dot spells. A little bit like warlocks Curse card for example, but maybe a little bit more minion centric, which refunds/increases mana at the start of your next turn.
There are enough ways to improve the class. Blizzards just needs to start.
I got 2 classic packs on Friday and 5 suo packs Saturday. I had the stream open all the time. Didn't even shut down at night. Since our newborn son couldn't sleep I had to stay awake anyway for the 3 days.
So many cards i miss :( Hopefully Blizz implements a little "rotation mode" aside from aside from arena. I miss N'Zoth. Loved the theme, perfect finisher.
Zephrys is the best pick if you want to play Highlander decks. I even play him in non highland decks that depend on heavy drawmechanics, such as Questdruid. That card is literally the strongest card in the game. (if you leave the deck restriction aside)
The deck idea looks promising, but i would cut the lackey part or, if you insist on them, the control part. Maybe i'm wrong here, but it feels as if the deck trys to be good at everything. Strong decks have a core and get defined by that. At east thats what i believe.
8 Murlocs benefit of their battlecry. [Hearthstone Card (Tip of the Scales) Not Found] robs them of their strength. The theme behind it looks promising tho, might just need a little bit of tinkering.
1. Plague of Madness I hate that card so much. Literally the only Plague i had high hopes for, since i really want a solid AOE for Rogue and then Blizz gives us this crap... Already getting mad again just by the thought of it.
2. Reno the Relicologist Reno doesn't feel like a Mage, the effect is underwhelming and totally unnecessary for a class with that amount of mass removal. The restrictions on top of it is just absurd in terms of Pro/Contra.
3. Making Mummies Don't know what T5 has in mind for the classes, but in terms of class history, this feels totally wrong. A Paladin making Mummies??? Basically T5 has invented the "Holy Battle Necromancer Class" O_o It just doesn't feel right...
4. Whirlkick Master Way too expensive with nearly no impact. just WOW!
I would have been excited if blizz had done a good mass removal for hunter/rogue. thats the only thing i yearn for. I know class identity.... but come on... let there be a REAL Control Hunter/Rogue archtype... just once... :(
If those tokens are Scavenging Hyenas the card will define hunterdecks for at least the next 4 months.
I don't think the card would summon Scavenging Hyenas. That would be extremely OP and stupid. Savannah Highmane also summons hyenas, but those are plain 2/2s.
Hell yeah!, Big SpellMage with Kalecgos. This beauty here and other cards with "5 synergy" like Sunreaver Warmage or King Phaoris. At least as long as aggro decks don't dominate the Meta.
I was once trying to make a fan made card that does bad thing when your opponent plays a discovery card, but benefitting the discovery card instead sounds like a great idea!
Looks like a fun card, but it needs to stay survive or it will be worthless.

Great article +1
Not only that. The quality of the content is really nice work. Thanks for the hard work!

PS: I wouldn't play Weaponized Wasp with Shudderwock, since it can blow up in your own face (same reason hardly anyone played Fire Elemental with Shudderwock)

TOP:
1. Zephrys the Great Just love the idea behind the card and find the mechanic intriguing.
2. Untapped Potential Versatility level MAX!
3. Activate the Obelisk Finally a Priest heropower that supports midrange decks.
4. Anka, the Buried Hopefully it will be strong enough to support a "controlish-style" of Rogue
5. Corrupt the Waters I see some new shenanigans
FLOP:
1. Plague of Madness I hate that card so much. Literally the only Plague i had high hopes for, since i really want a solid AOE for Rogue and then Blizz gives us this crap... Already getting mad again just by the thought of it.

5. Colossus of the Moon It just feels "meh".

Plague of Madness is nothing but a laughing stock to me....
Zephrys has at least been like an equalizer in regards to my disappointment.
If that combo works, i will laugh my ass off every time Ra fires his shots. Well done! Let's call the deck Kovachudruid! ;)
Neferset Ritualist - The Neferset are greatthey'll always make sure their friends are feline fine. I love that kind of humor.
let's hope you are right!
earlygame removal and a solid body PLUS Shudderwock synergy. Shaman says thanks!
good stats? - check!
strong bcry? - check!
bcry that secures/enables combos? - check!
conclusion = will definetly see play.
That card could be strong with with Tess.

Could become a thing in the future.
Strong. I smell midrange potential.
Totally nuts.
