These aren't wild decks. To be a wild deck you have to take into account the wild meta. These are just decks that happen to contain wild cards.

I disagree. If you open it now you have a chance to get a golden Spellbreaker for example and get 400 free dust when it rotates.

What do you mean? When this was first applied to legendaries it worked for any packs you had saved as well. The content of a pack is determined when you open it.
