Kibler stated on his stream today that the theorycrafting streams are going to happen tomorrow. So we'll likely see the cards tomorrow as Blizzard nobly throws HS content creators under the bus.
I know most people on here don't need this reminder, but please don't harass the streamers tomorrow. None of what is happening should fall on their shoulders.
I was not expecting them to go through with the live stream. The people presenting would be filleted by the chat to the point where the comment section would be one long list of "this comment has been removed". It'd be nice if we got a card dump instead so we could at least see the new cards. If not, I guess we'll find out on August 3.
I'm trying to think of where this card goes and it seems like a less impressive version of Embiggen. On 10 mana it'll be a scary find for Nature Studies, but not sure what deck would want to main deck this. Maybe when Embiggen rotates this card will find a home?
This minion is really good for Tempo Rogue decks. Mage has arguably the best spells in HS in Standard right now. Not sure if this fits as well into Mage decks, but maybe?
This card is strong. Ridiculously strong. Like you might not see it until the Shaman slams Malygos then uses 2 of these to cheat out a bunch of burn spells that kill you strong. Malygos OTK is officially back in Standard.
This card has premium stats for a 2-drop, is neutral and can potentially disrupt your opponent's next turn. Yeah, this card is an instant two-of in any aggro deck and probably an auto-include in Highlander decks as well. It's easy tempo that costs you nothing to run.
Spell Shaman just got another tool. I think we may finally start to see the next Shaman archetype in a Dragon Burn Shaman with Squallhunter and Malygos. Especially with Lightning Bloom available to Shaman decks.
I feel like you'll see this card played a lot by Mages, but rarely main-decked. This is the type of card you love to find off of Magic Trick or Evocation. Depending on the meta I could see some Shaman decks running this.
I feel in a different time this would have been a very powerful tool in HS, but a neutral board clear that leaves a 2/5 body is entirely too fair for modern HS. It's not a bad card and has potential to see some play in Highlander archetypes.
I mean a 1 mana Druid spell that discovers another Druid spell and discounts it for 1 mana? What a joke! As if there's some meta deck out there that totally relies upon the casting of cheap Druid spells for a win condition...oh wait. I have a feeling I'm going to hate this card but yeah, it's powerful.
While this card is slow, it has a proactive end of turn effect. It's actually quite similar to Priestess of Fury, but the major difference is that PoF can be cheated out for 5 mana. Imo, this card has significantly better chances of being played over Rattlegore due to the fact that it's a big body that immediately summons 6/6 worth of stats that attack your opponent's face or minions and continues to do so if it's not dealt with.
This card will become the best 3-drop Paladin minion in Standard upon its release. Outside of Angling Rod, the 3 spot is kind of weak for Paladin overall. This makes Paladin have stronger tempo plays and synergizes well in Libram/Pure archetypes.
A great tempo 1-drop. It's useless in Galakrond Priest, but maybe as Priest gets more tempo tools (which seems to be a theme this year) this card will see more play in the future.
This will win some games in the way Colossus of the Moon wins some games. It's slow and has no effect on board which means Warrior has better things to do with its mana.
Listen, this was a big oopsie on Polygon's part. A lot of people are mad at Flux like he wrote some hit piece on Polygon or that somehow he's to blame for their mistake. OutofCards had no NDA since they weren't at the HS summit, so this leak was fair game. I'd actually argue that it would be lazy for the site not to report on this as it's pretty massive news for Hearthstone. Plus, any news that isn't associated with coronavirus is welcome at the moment. Hopefully that's something we can all agree on. Exciting stuff in the leak and keep up the good reporting!
Like many others here, I'm curious how Reno's Battlecry actually works. Not to mention we don't know what his Hero Power is, so it's hard to judge the card atm.
Shot Bot looks like a great addition to Aggro Paladin decks. I'm actually glad they brought back Reborn because the whole "leaving keywords to specific sets" (i.e. Witch's Brew not having Echo) was genuinely one of the more confusing aspects of HS. I kind of hope this is a sign that the dev team has realized that this prior tradition is not really conducive to a CCG.
Chaos Gazer is an interesting card. It's a decent minion stat-wise for a Turn 3 play, but appears to be better suited for a later turn if you want to utilize the disruption effects.
Dark Prophecy looks kind of meh, but I started to think of old Combo Priest lists (shudders with disgust) and if people replaced Extra Arms with Dark Prophecy, it actually fits into Combo Priest fairly well. Does that mean Combo Priest is going to make a rebound? I really hope not.
Big Ol' Whelp is basically Azure Drake 2.0. That's a great card for arena and constructed. An auto-include in any dragon deck and the card that will push dragons in the meta. Calling it now.

Wow...this plus the buff spell look like a solid start to Murloc Shaman.
