I can't say anything about LoL part (not played it). LoR part - Because of the requirements for improving and L2 ability he looks like a Swain friend btw. He is like Karma, but only for spells with damage and the possibility to choice another target for the second copy of the spell. Works better with face damage nexus / pnz decks imo.
