There are more and more people who think that the submit form is used to create a card. And also many who don't meet the requirements. Maybe need to put a spoiler with a guide how to create cards at the top of the thread and emphasize the main requirements of each WCDC.

Cool change. Attune now fits even better and has a unique effect. But this limit its usability by two regions with attune cards. Stun keyword has only three regions btw... Maybe make it "When you refill spell mana..."? This change add five cards from other three regions and still works with attune effect. For instance, [runecard]Flash of Brilliance[/runecard] should help …
