I have found one of the comment, which help to execute achievement with [card]Nightshade Bud[/card]. Need to play card two times and firstly choose spell and after that choose minion. Reference to the reddit post (post from DrinkWater16):

I have tried standart deck for execution achievement Poor Circulation, but it unsuccessful.

It is good for execution, but achievement is really bugged. I have tried to execute it with three different ways, but they fault:

• play 3 separate copies of the [card]Nightshade …

I have tried to play [card]Nightshade Bud[/card] 3 times in one battle, but achievement have not been executed.
