Yes. If you have another copy of Stitched Tracker in the deck, you'll still be able to discover it.

Pretty sure this is not the case. I think she will still be able to summon herself.

Just Discover cards can't discover themselves anymore, also cards like [[Tome of Intellect]] can't create another one.

Are you also complaining about [card]Fungal Fortunes[/card] and [card]Book of Specters[/card] or Deathrattle overlaps for Rogue/Hunter/Priest?
