You just didn't read news properly... they reduced amount of XP required for level 50 but at expense of removing those legendary quests...
seems meh... but 0 mana so maybe, Auctioneer is still in core too...
Too slow... pack filler, unless there is some really self damage centric deck that needs a somewhat fat body
