Whiteout Survival Hotfixes Relaxes Tier 3 State Transfer Power Cap

We've got a couple of new hotfixes out for Whiteout Survival including an optimization for the Icefire Warhymn League. Read on for the update!

Dear Chief,

We have performed a hotfix on 09/29/2026. The main updates are as follows:

[Optimizations & Adjustments]

1. State Transfer Optimization: When a State unlocks Gen 5 or later Heroes, the Tier 3 Transfer Power Cap will be relaxed to give Chiefs greater flexibility when planning transfers.

2. Icefire Warhymn League Optimization: Alliance Stronghold occupation buffs will no longer be included when calculating development attributes in Squad Settings.
