If you're referring to Shadow Word: Pain than yes R.I.P. Alura, but there is a very interesting scenario where if Alura pulls Shadow Word: Death from your deck, it won't kill Alura if you didn't buff her to have 5 or more attack. Instead it will target another minion that actually has 5 or more attack on the board it can kill.
