There are 130 total levels for the Mastery Pass. All players can receive rewards through level 114, but to go further you must buy the Mastery Pass.

The mastery pass info has given more info on the expansion theme than the vague announcement video. Elementals, glad the Risen Reef is cycling out. Probably some new fun shenanigans in Wild with that and the new card though.
