Cosmic Creation is almost here, bringing with it lots of promising new cards. Hopefully you've already seen our theorycraft articles for the new champions, but here they are again in case you missed them.

Of course, champions aren't the only new cards! Here are some theorycraft decks built around some of the new landmarks, followers, and spells.
New Landmarks
The Scargrounds screams battlescar synergy, prompting many to dust off their old Braum + Vlad decks. Here's Silverfuse's take, which includes the Ember Maiden + Scargrounds combo and 2x Captain Farron for finishing power.
Cephalopod took the archetype in a different direction, substituting Noxus for Bilgewater to gain access to the self-damaging units. Lounging Lizard in particular has great synergy with Scargrounds: not only does it now gain +1|+0 at the start of every round, but since it gains Tough it will only lose 1 HP instead of 2.
The Grand Plaza is another fun card with lots of combo potential, including The Undying who will gain Challenger if you managed to kill him the previous turn. Here's AnnieDesu's version, which includes Garen and Grizzled Ranger.
Targon's Peak might redefine how we think of ramp. Here's Silverfuse's very greedy Trundle + Asol deck that stacks 24 8+ mana cards, all of which have the potential for huge tempo swings if they get reduced to 0.
Agigas looked at Hexcore Foundry to see if P&Z might make a better partner for Go Hard than Bilgewater. Here's his championless deck which includes a lot of cycling and 1x Chief Mechanist Zevi.
The other great potential for Hexcore Foundry is forcing your opponent to draw shrooms. Here is an updated Teemo + Sejuani deck from BruisedByGod, which adds in Ballistic Bot for some easy Sejuani progression & activations.
New Followers
Besides winning the contest for cutest new art, Wiggly Burblefish has a lot of potential. Here's NicMakesPlays' version which looks to update the spell-heavy Fizz + Starlit Seer archetype.
Cephalopod incorporated Pesky Specter and Iterative Improvement into the existing Prankster Burn archetype.
CursedParrot has updated a Mistwraiths allegiance deck with Evershade Stalker -- perhaps most notably, incorporating 3x Nocturne. We haven't really seen Nocturne played outside of Diana Nightfall decks due to the difficulty in progressing him, but Evershade might change all that. Splashing P&Z for 3x Iterative Improvement will also reinforce the Mistwraith swarm.
