Man how do they always take an olympic jump over the hurdle needed to impress people
Looks good, but I think the rush saves it, without which this card is just awkwardly full of potential but will never bring results.
It can slot into libram pally and handbuff, simply because both archetypes suffer from initiative so badly its so easy to play around them. But with this at least being the third rush (outside of broom shenanigans) minion, it wont just fold so easily to aggro decks.
Among those things that Handbuff Paladin lacked, early proactive tools was one of them. While this single unit cannot make up for the entire archetype, Saidan the Scarlet will 100& be included in future lists.
This is further support towards the theory that Blizzard uses BGs to test mechanics before they're put into proper cards.

Saidan seems good. It may be only big stats, but its cheapness is the big upside here and with rush it does not nothing when it comes into play.
The video reminded me I want a Yu-Gi-Oh style anime for Hearthstone.
This also has nice synergy with Dun Baldar Bridge.
Very good card, I can see it be played in most paladin decks.

The video is fucking amazing
The card itself seems interesting, doubles all handbuffs that it takes. One Alliance Bannerman turns this into a 3 mana 4/4 with rush which is good and anything beyond that is amazing.
